Sliding Scale Pricing

 
 

The sliding scale represents the idea that financial resources should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access services or care.

The three bands below are a guide to the realities of offering this work while recognising the variety of financial positions within our community. We understand that it can be challenging to take a position for yourself rather than being given a hard and fast figure. If you feel that you lay somewhere between the suggestions made below then your decision will be respected. If the lower band is still more than you can afford without undue burden, please contact us so we can work it out together.

 

Upper Band

  • I am able to meet my basic needs & wants

  • I am employed or do not need to work

  • I take regular holidays and save money without financial stress

  • I may have some debt but it does not prevent me from attaining my needs & wants

  • I own a home or rent a higher end property

  • I own or lease a car

    Suggested 90 minute session fee $200

    Suggested 60 minute session fee $135

Middle Band

  • I meet my basic needs but I am sometimes apprehensive about achieving them

  • I am employed

  • I take holidays and save some money without undue financial burden

  • My debt does not prevent me from attaining my needs

  • I own a home or rent a higher end property

  • I own or lease a car

    Suggested 90 minute session fee $160

    Suggested 60 minute session fee $110

Lower Band

  • I am anxious about meeting my basic needs and sometimes I cannot

  • I am unemployed or underemployed

  • I cannot take holidays or time off without burden

  • My debt prevents me from meeting my basic needs

  • I rent a lower end property or have insecure housing

  • I do not own a car or struggle to pay for fuel

    Suggested 90 minute session fee $120

    Suggested 60 minute session fee $80
